Proposals
Thank you for your interest in the W139 and presenting your work here. At the moment we don’t have the capacity to review and individually respond to all proposals. The artistic team will have a periodic portfolio/proposal review and we will aim to respond within 6-8 weeks if we think your work will be a fit within our programming.
If you don’t hear from us within this time frame then your proposal is not a match or does not fit within our future planning. Any open calls for projects will be communicated via our newsletter, so please sign up to stay up to date.
Please send your proposal to: info@w139.nl

Visit us
W139 welcomes (big) group visits. We can organise a talk and/or tour, a tasty lunch or something else entirely. Don’t hesitate to inquire – we’d love to meet you! For more information or to make an appointment, send an e-mail to info@w139.nl.
Accessibility
W139 is spread out over two floors. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. Our toilets are on the first floor, which can only be reached via a set of stairs. With this known, we are committed to doing our best to accommodate all our visitors. If you have any questions regarding the building’s accessibility, please contact us at info@w139.nl.
Entrance | Pay-it-forward
W139 changed their admission policy to explore a principle of solidarity in a new way: Pay-it-forward. This new move is part of a sustainable plan to create a diversity of funding sources for W139. When visiting W139, your entrance ticket costs €3, but you can pay €6, €9 or more to pay-it-forward, for someone in the community who also wants to see art or join events, but is less financially fortunate.
Community Ticket
This ticket is for the community members that are unable to afford the €3 entry fee.
Someone else has bought a community ticket in order to finance this ticket.

Stadspas (City Pass) is available to those on a low income and have limited funds, and who live in Amsterdam or Weesp. With the Stadspas you receive discounts at an array of participating organisations. The Stadspas is for free. You can find more information and how to apply here.
